General - This is where you can learn about some general guidelines regarding troubleshooting your computer. There are certain things that every geek does when they encounter a common computer problem, and this is the place for you to learn about them.
Advanced - This is the section that caters to more advanced users, using specific examples to help you in the troubleshooting process. This is where you can learn answers to questions that fellow users have submitted.
Networking - In this section, you will find advice and guidance on the overly complicated topic of networking. Nearly every device you own or are considering purchasing has some networking functionality, be it bluetooth, wireless, or wired that can get complicated very quickly. This is where you want to go when you can't figure out why you can't get on the internet or why one of your devices can't see the other ones for example.
